 The stopper/ slag shutoff machine is composed of swinging hydraulic cylinder, connecting rod and slag blocking rod. When slag is discharged, the hydraulic cylinder is pushed forward and the slag blocking rod is lifted through the linkage mechanism. When the slag mouth is blocked, the piston of the hydraulic cylinder is pushed backward, the slag blocking rod is put down and extends forward into the slag mouth, and the slag mouth is blocked quickly.The plug rod of this kind of slag blocking machine is cooled by water. The plughead adopts the injection plug head with compressed air. When the slag is discharged, the slag blocking rod is pulled out and the slag liquid flows automatically. The slag blocking mechanism is simple, small in shape and size,safe and reliable in operation.

Linkage rod type slag blocking machine

The stopper is mainly composed of parallel four-bar linkage mechanism. The extension of the lower rod is the plug rod and the plug head. When slag is discharged, the plug rod is pulled out by the driving device through the steel rope, and the link age mechanism is lifted. When the slag mouth is blocked, the steel rope is loosened, and the linkage mechanism extends down into the slag mouth under the action of self-weight and balance weight hammer, and the plug head is tightly blocked on the slag mouth sleeve. The plug head and the plug rod are cooled with water. This kind of slag blocking mechanism is simple and reliable.
