LXB42-1 type explosion relief valve hasbody, blasting film, gripper, bonnet, sealing ring and other parts. Theblasting film is installed in the middle of thegripper, and is connected with the valve body by hinges. When the systemoverpressure, the blasting film ruptures and releases pressure instantly. Thevalve body and the valve cover are provided with a limit rebound device, andthe valve cover can be reset quickly after springing. The sealing ring of thevalve cover can guarantee that the air will not enter the system when the valveis under negative pressure. The valve can rotate the valve body and gripperwith water skin when changing the explosive film. The operation is convenientand labor-saving.
