Type of production
The heat surface of the cooling wall is a dovetail groove which isarranged at intervals, and the refractory material is tamped in the groove. Hasthe characteristics of convenient construction, good thermal conductivity andconvenient slag hanging. It is mainly used in the middle and lower parts of thefurnace, the waist and the furnace body. The material of the cooling wall is:qt450-10, qt400-18, qt400-20, etc., and the refractory materials such ascarbonaceous, aluminum-carbon, or silicon carbide are tamped in the tank.
4Fully covered brick cooling stave(Coldor hot inlay)
The cooling stave is characterized by the unity of brick wall, thehot surface (working face) is all covered by refractory brick, and the innerside adopts thin lining structure or no lining structure, which can expand thefurnace capacity. Mainly used in furnace belly, furnace waist and lower part offurnace body. The cooling wall material is qt450-10,qt400-18,qt400-20 and soon, and the brick material is phosphate impregnated clay brick, firedmicroporous aluminum-carbon brick, silicon carbide brick and so on.
5Inverted c cooling stave
The cooling wall is a c-shaped structure, and is arranged on thebody part of the blast furnace body and is combined with the furnace throatsteel brick to play a good role in resisting the impact and the abrasion of theburden. Is generally used for large and medium-sized blast furnaces. Thematerial of the cooling wall is: QT400-18, QT400-20, etc.
